# Download your invoices

> Find and download PDF invoices for payments made from your Bolna account.

You can download invoices for your Bolna account from the dashboard. This works for individual accounts as well as accounts in an organization.

  <Step title="Open your invoices">
    Sign in to the [Bolna dashboard](https://platform.bolna.ai). Click your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar, select **Account**, then open the **Invoices** tab in **Workplace settings**. You can also go directly to [Invoices](https://platform.bolna.ai/account?tab=invoices).

  <Step title="Find the payment">
    Locate the invoice by its **Invoice ID**, date, item type, amount, or status. Use the filters above the table if you have many invoices.

  <Step title="Download the PDF">
    Click the download icon in the **Download invoice** column of that invoice's row. Your browser will open or download the PDF, depending on its settings.

<Note>
  An unpaid postpaid invoice may show **Pay now** in the **Action** column. The PDF download is available for eligible payments after they have been processed. If you cannot find an invoice, clear the filters and check again; for further help, contact [support@bolna.ai](mailto:support@bolna.ai).
