# Bolna AI Updates for November, 2026

> November 2026 Bolna changelog: Call History for a whole workflow campaign across its agents, with download, and a voicemail filter that matches Call History.

## Call History by workflow campaign

Call History can now show every call a workflow campaign placed, across all of the campaign's agents, and download them as one report.

* Pick a campaign from the **Campaign** picker beside the agent picker. The table adds an **Agent** column, and the agent picker narrows the view to one agent
* The view opens on the whole campaign. A date range narrows it, and clearing the range shows the whole campaign again
* **Download Records** exports the campaign's calls in the same CSV format as an agent's. Large exports are built in the background and emailed to you, as they are for an agent
* The metric cards are hidden for a campaign, and the batch picker and **Stop Queued Calls** are disabled

## Voicemail filter

* `answered_by_voice_mail=false` on [Get agent executions](https://www.bolna.ai/docs/api-reference/executions/get_executions.md) now returns every call that voicemail didn't answer, including calls where voicemail detection recorded no result, as Call History already does. Before, it returned only calls explicitly marked `false`, which left out most calls
* **Download Records** now works with the **Voice mail** filter applied, and follows the same rule
